Become A Dealer

Dear Antique Dealer,

The Journal of Antiques & Collectibles is pleased to be returning this coming New Year’s Day 2024 with The Antique Collectibles Show at The Sturbridge Host Hotel. Last year, our show floor was sold out, with 50 high-quality local and regional dealers of authentic antiques and collectibles who connected with over 750 active buyers.

This year we are in a position to accommodate up to 50 dealers of authentic antiques and antique collectibles again in the Exhibit Hall and will be adding additional space in the Hotel’s ballroom for an additional 25 dealers. New dealers will be vetted before a contract is offered. Applicants will be asked to provide information about their business and submit pictures of their booth at another show or in their shop.

The 11,000 s.f. exhibit hall will contain space for up to 68-10×10 exhibitor spaces at $150/booth for center aisle booths, and $200/booth for premium center aisle endcap booths and perimeter back wall booths. A multiple booth discount of $125 for each additional booth is offered. 10 x 10 space in the Ballroom will be offered at $200/both space.

Access to the exhibit hall will be made available to dealers starting 10am, New Year’s Eve day, with each contracted space marked and set up at that time with the services provided or ordered. We will have porters available to assist you from 10am – 2pm to make move-in and setup, easier. The hall will close for the evening at 5pm. The Hall will reopen on New Year’s Day to exhibitors at 8am for last-minute preparations. We expect that all dealers will be set up and cleaned up by the opening bell so the hall is ready to welcome guests when we open the show to our guests at 10am. On New Year’s Day, the Show will run from 10am – 3pm. During the show, a cafe selling breakfast, lunch, beverages, and snacks will be made available for the convenience of vendors and guests. We will also make a Hospitality Table available in the Registration area, and welcome you to put out postcards for upcoming shows, your business cards, and any company literature you would like to share with our guests.

Booth tear-down begins when the Show concludes at 3pm and we can clear the hall for the safety and security of all participants. There will be no access for dealers to leave the hall with merchandise before that time. At the Show’s conclusion and once the hall is cleared, porters will again be made available to assist you. We ask that wait to start packing up until the closing bell is rung at 3pm.

We will be sending options for lodging and dining when we send you your Dealer Confirmation Packet should you prefer to stay the night and celebrate the New Year at one of our many wonderful area restaurants and hotels.

All contracts must be submitted by December 1, 2023. New applications will only be accepted after this period if space exists. A $100 deposit per booth is required for a confirmed booth assignment. Payment in full is due by December 15, 2023.

We are committed to promoting this show with the full print and digital resources of the Journal of Antiques and Collectibles and our local Sturbridge publication, Your Hometown Shopper, as well as other print, digital advertising, promotional marketing, and social media efforts to ensure a great turnout and successful show. Our mission is to bring dealers, collectors, and enthusiasts together to celebrate the new year with the things we love from our past.

We hope you will consider participating.
