Dear Antique Dealer,

The Journal of Antiques & Collectibles is pleased to be returning this coming New Year’s Day 2022 with The Antique Collectibles Show at The Sturbridge Host Hotel. Our first year hosting this event saw 35 high-quality local and regional dealers of authentic antiques and collectibles connect with over 700 guests. We experienced active buyers and an enthusiastic crowd who we are confident will return with the return of our show. We hope you will, as well.

This year we are in a position to accommodate up to 50 dealers of authentic antiques and antique collectibles. New dealers will be vetted before a contract is offered. Applicants will be asked to provide advance information about their business and submit pictures of their booth at another show or in their shop.

The 11,000 s.f. exhibit hall will contain space for up to 70-10×10 exhibitor spaces at $135/booth for center aisle booths, and $150/booth for premium center aisle endcap booths and perimeter back wall booths. A multiple booth discount of $125 for each additional booth is offered. 

Access to the exhibit hall will be made available to dealers starting 11am, New Year’s Eve day, with each contracted space marked and set-up at that time with the services provided or ordered. We will have porters available to assist you from 11am – 3pm to make move-in and setup, easier.  The hall will close for the evening at 6pm. We expect that all dealers will be set up and cleaned up by the end of the day so the hall is ready to welcome guests at 10am Saturday morning when we open the Show. Security will be made available by Show Management from 6pm on Friday until the Hall reopens New Year’s Day to exhibitors at 8am for last-minute preparations.

New Year’s Day the Show will run from 10am – 4pm. During the show, a cafe selling lunch, beverages, and snacks will be set-up in the Hall for the convenience of vendors and guests. We will also make a Hospitality Table available in the Registration area, and welcome postcards for upcoming shows, your business cards, and any company literature you would like to share with our guests.

Booth tear down begins when the Show concludes at 4pm, and we can clear the hall for the safety and security of all participants. There will be no access for dealers to leave the hall with merchandise before that time. At the Show’s conclusion and once the hall is cleared, porters will again be made available to assist you.

The Sturbridge Host hotel is offering our vendors and guests hotel rooms for the reduced rate of $99/night should you prefer or it is more convenient for you to remain local after a day of set-up. Sturbridge has many wonderful restaurants and options for New Year’s Eve, which we are happy to share with you when we send you your Dealer Confirmation Packet.  Please reference the Sturbridge Antiques Show when you call The Host directly at 508-347-7393 to book your room.

All contracts must be submitted by December 1, 2021. New applications will only be accepted after this period if space exists. A $100 deposit per booth is required for a confirmed booth assignment. Payment in full is due by December 15, 2021.

We are committed to promoting this show with the full print and digital resources of the Journal of Antiques and Collectibles and our local Sturbridge publication, Your Hometown Shopper, as well as other print, digital advertising, promotional marketing and social media efforts to ensure a great turnout and successful show.
